Following the successful installation of our state-of-the-art Sports Theater Lighting system at the Copiague High School gymnasium, RENU Energy Solutions, in collaboration with PlanLED, orchestrated a surprise for students with a compelling lighting presentation and visit from Mariano Rivera, widely acclaimed as the New York Yankees’ greatest closer in baseball history.
This cutting-edge lighting system, designed with a human-centric approach, aims to elevate both athlete performance and the overall experience for fans and the community. Equipped with dynamic lighting controls featuring a user-friendly interface, the system is poised to invigorate the space while providing simplicity for faculty operation.
During the event, the Copiague High School drumline and cheerleaders set the stage for the introduction of Mariano Rivera, who serves as the brand ambassador for PlanLED. The iconic entrance song “Enter Sandman” filled the room for Rivera’s appearance, captivating students. Rivera, delivering an inspirational speech, wholeheartedly embraced the athletes and students, creating a memorable and motivational experience.
