CULTURE OF SAFETY

After the eye-opening year, we so eagerly left behind RENU and Milburn are more focused than ever to providing a culture of safety for all employees. The reputation they have earned in the industry thus far is worthy of considerable protection and management found this area to be of utmost importance and deserving of their collective attention.  

They enlisted a company called Pro Safety Services LLC.  PSS is a national leader in safety management. They encourage taking measures that go above and beyond and affirm the benefits of pursuing this will reflect positively on the company. 

Pro Safety Services is providing 3 separate safety assessments for RENU, Milburn and it’s warehouse.  They will be working along with RM field personnel, project managers and the executive leadership team to train and educate on all aspects from proper gear to job site and equipment maintenance. RM employees are also given an extensive job site safety booklet detailing all measures that are expected to be implemented and the disciplinary actions if there are violations.

RENU and Milburn have already taken steps to prioritize safety having all field workers be OSHA 30+ certified.  They have also recently hired a full-time staff member that will be formally trained by a PSS employee.  Together they will visit job sites and properly train on how to acutely identify safety violations and what documentation is required for all circumstances.  This RM full-time employee is also responsible for proper COVID-19 guideline checks of employees and will provide daily log reports.
