For me, working at RENU has been a Positive Experience. I feel I’m appreciated at this company and have received financial rewards along with a sense of satisfaction in being a part of a growing company. In my experience, Mike and Scott go out of their way to bold you in a way that benefits the company and allows you as an individual to take it from there. RENU upper management does not micro-manage what I do, check on my comings and goings, and have my back when decisions need to be made without their knowledge. The 401 retirement plan is good, Health insurance has improved. Morale at the company is good as well. This is only the second company I have worked for where I didn’t count the days until they ran out of work or I couldn’t take their poor management decisions any longer, and then they give me the sad, we have to let you go speech due to lack of work. If an individual is motivated with a desire and drive to excel at their profession, then I would say that RENU is a good fit for them.
